Job summary

Stratolaunch is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Expeditor to support aircraft maintenance operations, coordinating parts, materials, tooling, and work instructions for efficient work packages. The role requires organization, attention to detail, and collaboration with planning, control, and procurement teams.

Located in Mojave, CA, the position involves handling kitting, inventory processes, and ensuring timely delivery of materials while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to read and understand technical documentation, work instructions, drawings, and parts information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, notably Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate parts, materials, tooling, equipment, maintenance kits, and work instructions for aircraft maintenance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Planning, Maintenance Control, Materials, Procurement, Quality, Crew and Mechanics to ensure kit availability.
• Ensure current maintenance work instructions, task cards, engineering instructions, drawings, and technical documentation are accessible.
• Assist in preparing and organizing maintenance work packages.
• Identify required parts, materials, consumables, and supplies for upcoming maintenance.
• Track kit status and communicate incomplete or delayed kits.
