Job summary

Magellan Aerospace Limited, located in Haverhill, MA, is seeking a Maintenance Manager to maximize uptime and reliability across all production equipment in a high‑mix, precision machining environment. The role leads maintenance, drives preventative and predictive programs, and ensures equipment readiness to support production.

The position is full-time, on-site five days a week at our Haverhill plant, with a salary range of $108,000–$126,000.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong experience supporting CNC machine tools and precision machining equipment.
• Experience with preventative and predictive maintenance systems.
• Must be detail oriented and able to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all production equipment.
• Drive improvements in equipment uptime, reliability, and OEE.
• Lead maintenance team and coordinate outside service providers when required.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and history for all equipment.
• Support equipment installations, commissioning, upgrades, rebuilds, and relocation projects.
• Manage spare parts inventory and MRO materials to ensure critical components are available when needed.
