Lynch Bros. Mfg. is actively seeking an individual to join our aerospace machine shop. You will perform parts washing, material cutting, receiving materials, and general cleaning while operating machinery to support production goals.

Ideal candidates enjoy hands-on work, can read or learn to read engineering drawings, and take pride in accuracy and timely completion of tasks. Organizational skills help ensure smooth operations in a busy shop.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Comfortable in a machine shop environment.
• Able to communicate in English.
• Willing to learn existing system.
• Attention to detail.
• Experience in aerospace parts manufacturing preferred.
• Knowledge of aerospace industry standards preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform shop operations such as part washing, material cutting, cleaning and machine operation as directed.
• Operate and maintain Band Saw and Sheet Metal operations.
• Maintain records of daily tasks and cleaning solution tests.
• Maintain records of incoming material and designate material for work.
• Load and unload truck deliveries using forklift.
• Stand or sit for long periods; follow written and oral instructions.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and comply with safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
