Job summary

Kratos Defense and Security Solutions in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a Logistics Support Analyst to manage property, shipping, receiving, and inventory accuracy for government and customer assets. The role requires DoD knowledge, asset management experience, and a current security clearance.

You will maintain records, generate required forms, coordinate transfers, and ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS. Competitive salary and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with DoD shipping regulations.
• Experience using asset management software.
• Experience working with electronics/servers.
• Experience driving a forklift and large stake bed truck.
• Must have a current, active Secret clearance with the ability to retain a TS.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience conducting and tracking physical inventories.

Responsibilities

• Ensure property management compliance with FAR/DFARS and policy.
• Identify Government and Customer property and maintain records.
• Report LDDT, excess, receipt, and shipment of property.
• Verify documentation for property location, condition, and quantities.
• Maintain accurate property database records and filing.
• Handle property transfer, shipment, disposition, and movement.
• Generate DD Form 1149 and 250 for accuracy.
• Assist in reporting excess equipment, materials, tooling, and scrap.
• Ensure proper disposition of government and customer property.
