Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 0-3 years of relevant experience or internships in logistics, engineering, maintenance, or defense programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with logistics or engineering data tools is a plus.
• Interest in aerospace and defense systems, product support, or sustainment engineering.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Responsibilities

• Support development of logistics and sustainment plans for aerospace and defense systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess operation, maintenance, repair, and sustainment needs.
• Assist with maintenance concept documentation and supportability analyses.
• Help identify spare parts, provisioning data, and obsolescence risks.
• Contribute to Life Cycle Sustainment Plans and related logistics studies.
• Support creation of maintenance plans, manuals, and technical documents.
• Engage with systems engineering, design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain on sustainment during product development.
