Job summary

SEKISUI Aerospace is seeking a Laminator I for the weekend shift at our Renton, WA facility. This hands-on role works with composite materials in a fast-paced aerospace environment, with training provided to build skills from day one.

The position offers a weekend schedule (Fri–Sun, 4:00 AM–4:30 PM), a pay range of $22.25–$26.25 per hour DOE, plus 4 comp hours and potential overtime. Prior manufacturing experience and precise attention to detail are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand detailed instructions.
• Basic understanding of process specifications.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lay-up composite materials on mandrels according to the manufacturing plan and SWI; wrap mold with composite materials, for curing to form parts.
• Check documentation for manufacturing planning; report discrepancies to supervisor.
• Verify materials against the manufacturing plan.
• Verify part ID tag and sign off on work performed.
• Adhere to schedules and takt time for production requirements.
