Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer skills and ability to enter production data.
• Strong attention to detail and quality focus.
• Ability to work effectively within a team and follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate laminating and adhesive mixing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Set up and operate equipment per work instructions and SOPs.
• Monitor machine performance including temperatures, pressures and laydown rates.
• Perform adhesive preparation and mixing for production runs.
• Conduct quality inspections on materials and finished goods.
• Record production transactions and material usage accurately.
• Move materials using forklifts and handling equipment.
• Maintain 6S standards and keep work areas clean and safe.
• Support troubleshooting to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
