Belcan Corporation is seeking a Data Analyst to support product line growth and delivery performance by analyzing product and delivery data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. This on-site role collaborates with product, finance, supply chain, and engineering in a manufacturing setting.

The analyst will lead cross-functional projects, apply analytics tools, and drive improvements in cost productivity and producibility while aligning production with customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree required.
• 5+ years of data analytics experience in supply chain/parts fulfillment.
• Proven ability to lead programs and manage cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead data-driven analysis for mid-term parts risk assessment to support delivery commitments.
• Drive AEO initiatives including inventory strategy and short supply mitigation.
• Apply data analytics and AI to assess performance and identify improvements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify trends and implement solutions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to improve cost productivity and producibility.
