Job summary

DSJ Global is seeking a Process Engineer to support investment casting operations for aerospace turbine applications in an onsite Virginia facility. You will focus on process development, process improvement, and manufacturing support in a highly technical production environment.

The role involves developing and debugging casting processes, driving continuous improvement across existing manufacturing steps, and collaborating with engineering teams to boost quality, yield, and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of investment casting experience.
• Experience supporting process improvement initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Developing and debugging processes for production and developmental castings.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across existing manufacturing processes.
• Supporting metallurgical and materials-related aspects of the investment casting process.
• Partnering with engineering and manufacturing teams to improve quality, yield, and overall process performance.
• Providing technical support related to casting processes and products.
