Job summary

Steico Industries, Inc. in Oceanside, CA is seeking an AM Shift Inventory Coordinator to manage movement of inventory, receive materials, prepare products for delivery, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include kit preparation, stocking, loading/unloading, and contributing to plant efficiency.

You will support 5S practices, collaborate with a team, and serve as a backup driver as needed, with a focus on accuracy and reliability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma and/or GED.
• Requires 1 year work experience.
• Requires basic math skills for simple calculations.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing clearly.
• English verbal and written skills required.
• Knowledge of warehouse inventory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Kitting orders by preassembling items into ready-to-ship kits.
• Packaging and stocking inventory.
• Load and unload equipment and material.
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency.
• Maintain 5S in area: Sort, set-in-order, shine, standardize and sustain.
• Serve as a backup driver for the department when needed.
• Other reasonable duties as business and operational needs dictate.
