BETA Technologies, Inc. seeks an Inventory Control Analyst to optimize inventory accuracy and drive process improvements across warehouse and manufacturing locations in Vermont.

You will rely on data analytics, ERP/WMS expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure 99.5% inventory accuracy and timely component deliveries for electric aircraft production teams. You will support FAA Type and Production Certification activities, SOX controls, and quarterly/annual financial reporting, while

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in inventory management or analytics.
• Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems.
• Experience training colleagues on system navigation and inventory procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail with data accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with handling setbacks and finding solutions.
• Able to perform material handling and warehouse tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze daily workload and communicate metrics for resource planning.
• Report KPI data and support year-end inventory audit requirements.
• Perform location triage to maintain inventory integrity.
• Support FAA certification activities through inventory plans and documentation.
• Assist with SOX controls and quarterly/annual financial reporting.
• Conduct root cause analysis for inventory discrepancies.
• Maximize Plex ERP and Cella WMS capabilities and provide system maintenance.
• Process inventory movements and close Jira tickets with accurate records.
• Support warehouse tasks including cycle counting and picking.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training, and maintain training materials.
