Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. in Lockbourne, OH is seeking an Inventory Management Support C to coordinate daily inventory control, material movement, and asset tracking for the ADS-B program. You will manage shipments, purchases, asset tagging, and vendor RMAs while ensuring accurate records.

The role requires detail orientation, organization, and the ability to handle multiple inventory transactions across warehouse and database systems. FAA Public Trust clearance is a prerequisite.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent with 6 years of related experience or 2 years post-secondary/Associate degree with 4 years related experience.
• Must be able to obtain FAA Public Trust Clearance prior to start.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process orders for shipment in support of ADS-B program requirements.
• Receive and process purchase orders and incoming hardware/materials.
• Asset tag new hardware and enter required information into inventory or asset management databases.
• Receive, inspect, and process field return assets.
• Initiate and process return material authorizations with vendors for repair or replacement of returned hardware.
• Monitor warehouse inventory levels and support replenishment activities as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, asset movements, returns, and shipments.
• Coordinate with program, procurement, logistics, warehouse, and engineering teams to ensure timely material support.
• Verify received materials against documentation and report discrepancies, shortages, or damaged goods.
