Job summary

RiseMe in Alabama seeks a detail-oriented Quality Auditor to perform internal and vendor audits, assist the Chief Inspector, and document findings in the CAR system. You will review travelers for accuracy and ensure compliance with customer requirements, supporting QA leadership in daily processes.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic computer skills, and familiarity with AS9110 procedures. Training and development support are provided to promote continuous quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits and vendor audits; assist Chief Inspector.
• Document audit findings in the CAR System and ensure timely return of CARs.
• Conduct follow-up audits to verify corrective action implementation.
• Review master travelers for completeness and accuracy.
• Review traveler samples daily to ensure PO instructions and ACI Shop Traveler meet customer requirements.
• Assist QA Leader and QA team with day‑to‑day processes.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Trend nonconformities and external escapes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Present audit findings and trends using MS PowerPoint to leadership and customers.
• Initiate Corrective Actions as required.
• Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and reporting training needs.
• Test trainees on AS9110, FAA, CAAC, SMA procedures during onboarding and recurrent training.
