Job summary

ACI is seeking an Internal Auditor to perform internal audits as scheduled and assist the Chief Inspector with vendor audits. You will document findings in the CAR System and ensure timely corrective actions, while reviewing travelers and supporting QA and training initiatives.

Responsibilities include conducting audits, following up on action plans, and aiding in testing knowledge of AS9110, FAA, CAAC, SMA procedures. This role requires attention to detail and collaboration with leadership.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of reading blueprints.
• Must read and write the English language.
• Should have basic computer software and keyboarding skills.
• Prior work experience in receiving/shipping helpful but not required.
• Prior knowledge of AS9110 Quality Policy and Procedure a big plus.
• Experience with team building and communicating with employees, leadership teams, regulatory authorities and customers a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform internal audits as ACI Internal Audit Schedule requires and assist the Chief Inspector with vendor audits.
• Document audit findings within the Corrective Action Request (CAR) System and assure the CAR's are returned within a timely manner.
• Perform a follow-up audit to assure the action plan from the individual responsible has been implemented.
• Review master travelers for completeness and accuracy.
• Review (sample) of travelers daily to assure the PO instructions and ACI Shop Traveler meet customer requirements.
• Assist Quality Manager and Lead on day to day processes.
• Assist in developing reporting for measurement of training needs and results and review procedures and specifications in order to test individuals for compliance.
• Assist in conducting new hire and yearly recurrent training and administer testing to insure knowledge and understanding of ACI's AS9110, FAA, CAAC, SMA, etc. procedures.
