Job summary

The Recruiting Hive, Camarillo, CA is seeking an Aerospace Design Engineering Specialist for interconnect products. The role can be located in Camarillo, CA or City of Industry, CA. Onsite only; US citizenship required.

Relocation assistance available. Responsibilities include technical oversight of EWIS components for aerospace, industrial, and military applications, advising management and customers, and working with connectors, backshells, conduits, and cables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace, mechanical, electrical, materials science, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of product engineering experience in interconnect product development, analysis, and test.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to teams in the design/analysis/test of EWIS components used in aerospace, industrial, and military applications, including connectors, backshells, conduits, and cable assemblies.
• Serve in an advisory role to upper management, customers, industry groups, and suppliers.
• Focus on military/commercial electrical wiring system components including connectors, backshells/accessories, conduit assemblies, and cable assemblies.
