Job summary

ExcelliSearch, Inc. is seeking an Aerospace Design Engineering Specialist to join our Camarillo, CA or City of Industry, CA facilities for hands-on design and engineering leadership of interconnect products used in aerospace and defense applications.

You will guide teams in EWIS component development, analysis, and testing, with a focus on connectors, backshells, and related assemblies. This role requires strong materials science knowledge and collaboration with upper management, customers, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials Science, or related engineering field.
• Minimum of five years of product engineering experience in interconnect product development, analysis, and test (electrical connectors and associated components).
• Experience with electrical connectors, backshells/connector accessories, conduit assemblies, and cable assemblies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical oversight to teams in the design/analysis/test of EWIS components for aerospace, industrial, and military applications.
