Qualifications

• Fifteen years in aerospace electronics development with progressive leadership experience.
• BS in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering; MS preferred for advanced management.
• Proven track record leading integrated design teams across hardware and systems.
• Experience guiding environmental test plans and qualification activities.
• Strong collaboration with manufacturing, QA, and program stakeholders.
• Hands-on prototyping, schematics, CAD modeling, and design reviews.
• Ability to manage resources, budgets, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor Electrical and Mechanical Design Engineers.
• Oversee architectural and detailed design of electronic systems.
• Provide hands-on CAD modeling, schematic reviews, and lab troubleshooting.
• Direct ruggedized computing systems for aerospace environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with Manufacturing, QA, and external partners.
• Plan resources, schedules, and development costs across programs.
• Define environmental test plans and witness qualification testing.
