Job summary

Infinity Systems Engineering LLC, based in Colorado Springs, seeks a Hardware Engineer to support the U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command, sustaining ground-based radar systems.

You will design, develop, test, and integrate hardware components, collaborating with software, program management, and chief engineers to meet mission needs. The ideal candidate has a strong hardware design background, hands-on experience with soldering and wiring, and a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related technical field.
• 3+ years of hardware design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Active Secret Clearance required.
• Experience with ground-based radars and systems engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and mechanical analysis of systems and subsystems to the component level.
• Generate engineering drawings, specifications, and training materials per ASME/IEEE standards.
• Analyze LRUs, review 3D models, troubleshoot and repair systems and subsystems.
• Develop requirements and designs for replacement or new systems; forward-thinking designs for future threats.
• Provide lab and site integration, test, and maintenance support and coordination with sustaining engineers.
