Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in microcontroller-based designs and analog/digital circuits.
• Experience with CAN, USB, and serial communications.
• Proficiency in schematic capture and PCB design.
• Thermal analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Ability to perform precision analog measurements and use test equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop hardware requirements based on customer and project needs
• Research, design, simulate, and validate electronic circuits and system architectures
• Create schematics and PCB layouts
• Support product development, testing, troubleshooting, and production activities
• Document BOMs, ECOs, and engineering changes
• Participate in design reviews and continuous process improvements
• Maintain engineering databases, components, and lab organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support customer needs
• Travel approximately 10-20%, including occasional overnight trips
• Perform other duties as assigned
