Qualifications

• Minimum 4–5 years of professional framing experience.
• Experience supporting aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or government contractors.
• Demonstrated finish carpentry and drywall installation/repair skill.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and job specifications.
• Must provide own hand tools (company supplies all major tools and equipment).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Structural Framing: Perform metal stud framing (preferred) or wood framing to plan and specification, ensuring square, plumb, and code‑correct structures.
• Finish Carpentry & Drywall: Complete finish carpentry work and drywall installation/repair to a clean, professional standard.
• Drawing & Spec Interpretation: Read and interpret construction drawings, plans, and job specifications independently, flagging discrepancies.
• Materials Handling: Lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs across the job site safely and efficiently.
• Schedule-Driven Execution: Work safely and efficiently in hot and cold weather conditions to keep builds on pace regardless of environmental challenges.
• Cross-Trade Collaboration: Coordinate with carpentry, drywall, electrical, and production teams to sequence work without creating downstream delays.
• Scope Flexibility: Treat framing and carpentry as primary responsibilities while remaining available to assist with other job‑related tasks as production needs shift.
• Schedule Reliability: Maintain punctual, dependable attendance and flex into overtime, including select weekends, to protect build schedules.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
