The successful candidate will design digital hardware, create test benches, perform timing analysis, and contribute to DO‑254 certification activities within a structured engineering environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
• Hands-on experience in digital hardware design, FPGA development, or programmable logic.
• Strong VHDL programming experience, including simulation, debugging, and verification.
• Experience with FPGA design tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.
• Understanding of digital circuit architecture, timing constraints, and hardware integration.
• Familiarity with ASICs, microprocessors, and microcontrollers.
• Knowledge of DO-254 development processes and documentation requirements.
• Experience in aerospace, avionics, defense, or other high-reliability electronics environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop digital hardware using VHDL for FPGA and ASIC applications.
• Work with FPGAs, microprocessors, and microcontrollers to develop reliable systems.
• Create simulation environments and test benches to validate designs.
• Perform synthesis, place-and-route, timing analysis, and optimization.
• Utilize FPGA development tools such as Xilinx Vivado or Intel Quartus.
• Support hardware verification, troubleshooting, and system integration.
• Collaborate with electrical, embedded software, and systems engineering teams.
• Develop and maintain engineering documentation, including requirements and verification results.
• Support DO-254 compliance and certification activities for safety-critical avionics hardware.
