Job summary

This 1st shift, onsite role requires a BS in engineering/SCI fields and 2+ years in engineering/manufacturing with materials experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or Chemistry.
• 2+ years of experience in an Engineering or Manufacturing environment.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with chemical technology or a material focus area: paints, coating, finishes, and/or sealants.

Responsibilities

• Define engineering requirements; select parts, materials, processes, and tools to support design and manufacturing.
• Plan and execute qualification activities for new materials, parts, processes, and suppliers.
• Perform failure and performance analyses of tools, materials, parts, or processes to identify root causes and corrective actions.
• Support management of test programs, supplier qualifications, and related documentation for program requirements.
• Apply project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule objectives.
