Job summary

RTX is seeking a finance analyst in a hybrid role based in the United States. The position involves supporting program finance, preparing standard financial reports, and extracting data from SAP and related systems.

You will work across functions, assist with reconciliations, month-/quarter-/year-end tasks, and help create spreadsheets, charts, and presentations. A finance/economics degree plus Excel proficiency are required or preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required by start date.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) beneficial.
Project exposure to finance or analytics preferred.
Experience creating basic presentations or financial visuals preferred.
Strong math and spreadsheet skills preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare standard financial reports and metrics using provided tools and guidance.
Extract data from SAP, Analysis for Office, and related systems.
Support reconciliations, variance explanations, and routine finance tasks.
Perform data validation in support of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end cycles.
Assist with creation and maintenance of spreadsheets, charts, and presentations.
