Job summary

Pall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide practical, solution-oriented legal support to its Aerospace business and North America operations. You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial and federal contracts, advise cross-functional teams, and develop efficient legal processes to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• JD from a nationally accredited law school with admission to practice before any U.S. state bar.
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a corporate legal department or private practice with relevant transactional, commercial, and federal government contracting responsibility.
• Experience in commercial strategy and federal contracts drafting, including identification of material legal, regulatory, and contracting issues, with experience providing risk-based business counsel.
