The successful candidate will ensure compliance with aerospace standards, lead operations and improve quality control while managing a team. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree related to aerospace and have at least three years of experience in operations or sales management within the aerospace industry. This role offers an annual base salary between $100,000 and $110,000, with competitive benefits including health insurance and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operations/sales management experience in aerospace distribution or similar.
• Experience managing under ISO or equivalent Quality Management System.
• In-depth knowledge of aerospace fastener quality standards.
