iCOMAT is seeking a Facilities Manager for their Dayton facility in Ohio. The role involves leading the setup of the facility, ensuring compliance with US health and safety regulations, and managing day-to-day operations and vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has more than 5 years of experience in facilities management within aerospace or composite manufacturing environments, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in managing contractors and vendors effectively. Qualifications

• 5+ years of facilities management experience within composites, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing environments.
• Demonstrated experience setting up or commissioning mid-size technical workshops, production sites, or manufacturing facilities.
• Strong working knowledge of US health, safety, and environmental regulations (OSHA, NFPA, EPA) as they apply to manufacturing facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the physical build‑out of the Dayton facility.
• Manage the day‑to‑day running of the facility including building systems.
• Source and manage local vendors and contractors for ongoing facility services.
