Arconic is seeking a Facilities/Industrial Engineer to join our Lafayette, IN operations. You will oversee building systems, lead improvement projects, and collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams to keep facilities running at peak performance.

Based in Lafayette, IN, you will manage preventive maintenance, coordinate with vendors, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive energy efficiency initiatives while supporting aerospace manufacturing capabilities and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering.
• 3+ years facilities engineering experience, aerospace preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building systems and codes; CAD and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing systems
