Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC in Oldsmar, FL is seeking a Facilities Capital Project Manager to lead facility and infrastructure capital projects from concept through startup. You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, EHS and external contractors to deliver projects that boost reliability and uptime across our manufacturing operations.

The role requires 8+ years of capital project management, strong knowledge of industrial facility systems, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of capital project management in manufacturing/industrial environments.
Experience managing capital budgets, schedules, and contractors.
Strong knowledge of industrial facility systems (HVAC, chilled water, gases, utilities).
Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

Lead facility and infrastructure capital projects from concept to startup and handoff.
Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, risk assessments, and resource plans.
Manage execution to meet safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets.
