Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience with fabrication/machining preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Use tools to de-burr, plane, grind and polish components.
• Read complex drawings, manuals, and specs to guide work.
• Inspect parts with precision instruments and record results.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot assembly tools and equipment.
• Adhere to Operator Acceptance Procedures (OAP) and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate work records and support LEAN initiatives.
