• Experience with fabrication, assembly and testing processes.
• Ability to read and follow detailed methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set-up, and perform fabrication, assembly, testing and related processes.
• Operate tools and equipment (power presses, band saws, belt sanders, expanders, power shears).
• Perform resistance spot welding and salt braze processes.
• Operate CNC/NC equipment for milling, drilling and turning per established methods.
• Set-up and edit programs for presses and lasers to cut/form parts.
• Conduct pressure, leakage and functional tests.
• Maintain storage areas and organize materials and tools.
• Record transactions and use documentation for traceability.
• Perform periodic maintenance of fixtures and equipment.
• Assist in audits of processes and work areas.
