Job summary

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to support the implementation, configuration, and continuous improvement of the company’s enterprise business systems.

You’ll work with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, Finance, and Program Management to translate requirements into standardized processes and practical system configurations, standing up Deltek Costpoint ERP and TIPQA for a new aerospace operation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 2+ years’ ERP/SC experience.
• Experience configuring workflows and documenting processes.
• Familiarity with Deltek Costpoint ERP and TIPQA is preferred.
• Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and system requirements.
• Configure and maintain workflows, forms, approvals, user roles, notifications, and business rules in Costpoint and TIPQA.
• Document current-state and future-state processes using standard mapping techniques.
• Translate operational requirements into functional configurations.
• Support ERP, Quality Management, Supplier Quality, and Manufacturing modules implementation.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and user guides.
• Coordinate UAT, document results, and support issue resolution.
• Manage configuration docs, change logs, and implementation records.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency through automation.
• Help establish scalable enterprise processes to support production growth.
• Assist system administration activities (user setup, security roles, master data).
• Coordinate with vendors/partners to resolve configuration issues.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing support.
• Participate in cross-functional process improvements during startup to serial production.
