Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule programs.
• Special lot generation, tracking, and documentation.
• Development of parts procedures (PESs) and routings.
• Provide technical support for Quality and Manufacturing.
• Learn fundamentals of tooling, gating design, shell systems, foundry parameters, metallurgy, blueprint reading and interpretation, and statistical analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of evaluations and reports to management and customers.
• Assist in cost reduction activities and process improvements.
