Job summary

Qualifications

  • Ability to lift and move boxes.
  • Experience with soldering irons is highly desired.
  • US Person status required due to ITAR data access.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, load, and inspect CADs, impulse cartridges, and squibs per work instructions.
  • Handle energetic materials used for aircraft safety and emergency actuation systems.
  • Perform precision assembly including component insertion, crimping, staking, sealing, and torque verification.
  • Maintain production, inspection, and traceability documentation.
  • Support scrap, rework, and safe disposition of energetic hardware.
  • Follow explosives safety controls and perform final assembly.
