Job summary

Enflite Inc. in Georgetown, Texas is seeking a Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and test embedded firmware for aircraft interior products.

You will work with mechanical, manufacturing, certification, and quality teams to ensure safety and performance standards are met across the full product lifecycle. Responsibilities include developing C/C++ software for MCU-based systems, implementing SPI, I2C, UART, and CAN interfaces, assisting with verification and production support, and documenting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or computer science field.
• Embedded C/C++ programming experience on microcontrollers.
• Familiarity with SPI, I2C, UART and CAN interfaces.
• Experience with hardware test equipment and debugging tools.
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and document software.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop embedded firmware for aircraft interior products.
• Develop and maintain C/C++ software for MCU-based systems.
• Implement and test SPI, I2C, UART and CAN interfaces.
• Assist verification, environmental and compliance testing.
• Create software documentation, test procedures and reports.
• Troubleshoot firmware and hardware issues during development and production.
• Support manufacturing with programming, testing and production issues.
