Job summary

AstroNova is seeking an Electronics Technician to test and repair AstroNova Aerospace products on a full-time, first-shift schedule (Monday–Friday). This on-site role is based in Warwick, RI, and reports to the technical team.

Responsibilities include ensuring parts meet specifications, maintaining workmanship quality, and assisting in training new staff in inspection, troubleshooting and testing procedures. Candidates must adhere to the FAA Drug and Alcohol Program.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates mechanical aptitude and ability to follow directions.
• Able to troubleshoot and repair electronic devices.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following procedures.

Responsibilities

• Tests and repairs OEM, systems recorders, printers and replacement parts to ensure they meet specifications and requirements.
• Maintains quality of workmanship and informs supervisor of items requiring improvement.
• Aids in training new personnel in inspection, troubleshooting and testing.
• Performs other duties as required by supervisor or management.
