Saalex is actively seeking an Electronics QA Inspector in Ridgecrest, CA. The role focuses on inspecting and documenting electronic assemblies, PCBs, wiring harnesses, and related hardware to ensure AISD quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of quality assurance, quality control, electronics inspection, or related technical experience.
• Familiarization with IPC requirements and AS9100 standards; certifications are a plus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and verify electronic assemblies and subassemblies including PCBs and wiring harnesses.
• Perform in-process, rework and final inspections to meet IPC/AS9100 standards and customer requirements.
• Operate X-Ray inspection equipment for inspections and failure analysis.
• Document findings and prepare inspection and failure analysis reports.
• Maintain quality documentation such as travelers, QDRs, FARs and inspection logs.
• Support QA process improvements and participate in MRB/CCB meetings.

Education

Associate's Degree (AA/AS) in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing Technology, or related field
