Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must have high school diploma or GED and 4 years electronic assembly experience.
  • Soldering experience required; IPC-A-620 certification preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop floor control or document management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Interpret lot travelers, instructions, drawings, wiring diagrams and guides to determine assembly requirements.
  • Assemble chassis, racks, and final hardware; install assemblies and subassemblies.
  • Operate tools for assembly, stuffing, and prep of electronic and electro-mechanical components.
  • Set up and perform testing of finished products using high-precision equipment.
  • Perform various assembly tasks including soldering, encapsulating, labeling, and fastening.
