Crane Aerospace & Electronics in West Caldwell, NJ is seeking an Electronics Assembler II to assemble and inspect military and commercial products onsite. The role requires hands-on assembly, documentation, and mentoring in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, 2–5 years of related experience, IPC soldering certification, and proficiency with Oracle, Teamcenter, QMS, and Excel. OSHA safety policies apply; ITAR access may be required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2-5 years of related experience or equivalent training.
• Knowledge of materials, production processes, quality control, costs and related techniques.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting work-related documents; proficient with Oracle, Teamcenter, QMS, Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Perform assembly tasks including component prep, inspection, equipment operation, and support for engineering builds with IPC soldering rework certification where applicable.
• Create required documentation (IT tickets, NCRs, work orders) and close out tasks accurately.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Quality and leadership to resolve issues; interpret drawings and instructions for operation sequences.
• Train and mentor new employees; support continuous improvement using CBS tools (5S, KPIs, Standard Work).
• Maintain OSHA and Crane safety practices; keep work area clean and organized; participate in safety meetings and training.
• Remain flexible for overtime and additional tasks as assigned by management.
