Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics in Lynnwood, WA is seeking an Electronics Assembler II for the 2nd shift. The role involves assembling Crane products to military and aerospace standards, following prints and procedures with minimal supervision.

You will set up and operate equipment, inspect components, and ensure quality while maintaining OSHA safety and company initiatives. A high school diploma and soldering certification or equivalent experience are required; 2–5 years of assembly experience

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and soldering certificate or experience.
• 2–5 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Able to read production or engineering prints and wiring diagrams; interpret drawings and assembly aids.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks.
• Prepare components prior to assembly; clean, mark, and inspect components and subassemblies.
• Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery.
• Adhere to health and safety procedures and document quality issues.
• Report any issues affecting quality to the supervisor.
• Support continuous improvement activities and 5S/Lean initiatives.
