Qualifications

• 2+ years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment.
• IPC/J-STD soldering, bonding, cabling, and rework experience preferred.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and interpret work instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and subassemblies per drawings and specs.
• Perform soldering, wire bonding, cable assembly, and related tasks.
• Support compliance with safety, quality, and Lean initiatives in a high-volume setting.
