Ducommun's Huntsville, AR facility produces state-of-the-art electronic systems for aerospace and defense programs. We seek an Electromechanical Assembler to follow work instructions and assemble electrical and electromechanical devices using a variety of hardware and tools.

Responsibilities include reading assembly drawings, identifying defects, running verification tests, and operating equipment to meet manufacturing specs. U.S.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read and understand assembly drawings.
• Ability to build electrical and electromechanical assemblies.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Follow work process instructions and specifications, both written and verbal.
• Assemble electrical or electromechanical devices or components using a variety of hardware / tools.
• Assemblies include cables, harnesses or chassis modules.
• Operate a variety of equipment to fulfill manufacturing processes.
• Understand and identify defects in accordance with applicable workmanship standard and class.
• Perform verification tests in accordance with assembly instructions.
• Perform other assignments as required
