Job summary

TriVector Services, Inc. is seeking an Engineering Technician III to support the Electrical Fabrication and Test Facility in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities include PCB assembly, harness fabrication, hand soldering, and wiring, with adherence to NASA/IPC standards and ESD guidelines. Qualifications include US citizenship, 4+ years in electrical fabrication/test, familiarity with space flight hardware, and ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• US citizenship is required.
• At least four years of general experience in electrical fabrication, test, and assembly.
• Familiar with space flight hardware and able to read electrical schematics.
• Overtime will be required.

Responsibilities

• Electrical fabrication & assembly.
• Hand soldering.
• Printed circuit board population.
• Electrical cable harness assembly.
• Polymeric applications: potting, staking, and conformal coating.
• Box level assembly & wiring.
• Maintain certification to NASA IPC standards and space addendum.
• Adhere to Electro-Static Discharge guidelines.
• Work in open shop and clean room environments.
