TriVector Services, Inc. in Huntsville, Alabama, seeks an Engineering Technician II to support the Electrical Fabrication and Test Facility, including PCB population, box assembly, cable harness fabrication and electrical testing. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications

• US Citizenship is required.
• Knowledge of and work experience with Space Flight hardware.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and design drawings.
• High school Diploma is required.
• One year experience in a related technical field in Electrical Fabrication, Test, and Assembly involving vehicles, systems, subsystems, and/or components or an Associate Degree in a technology field.
• Overtime will be required.

Responsabilités

• Electrical Fabrication & Assembly.
• Hand Soldering.
• Printed Circuit Board Population.
• Electrical Cable Harness Assembly.
• Potting, Staking, and Conformal Coating.
• Box Level Assembly & Wiring.
• Adherence to NASA standards (NASA-STD-8739 series) and IPC standards (J-STD-001, WHMA-A-620) with Space Addendum.
• Adherence to Electro-Static Discharge guidelines.
• Perform precision and general assembly in open shop and clean room.
• Work overtime as needed to complete work on schedule.
