Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain NASA public trust.
• Physical requirements, up to 40 lbs, PPE use.
• Must communicate with peers, supervisors and customers.
• Ability to work independently or in a team.
• Must follow written and verbal instructions.
• Provide semi-professional technical support for engineers.
• Some practical knowledge of science or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Develop or review designs by analyzing data and preparing schematics.
• Conduct complex tests or experiments with specialized equipment.
• Apply methods to research projects and build prototypes.
• Extract and compile engineering data from field notes and reports.
• Assist in design modification by compiling data and identifying gaps.
• Operate in hazardous test facilities and environments as required.
