You’ll explore real challenges in electrical design, validation, and testing within the Aerospace & Defense sector, mentored by experienced engineers and exposed to circuit design, testing, and compliance activities. This program offers hands-on projects across the Power and Actuation Systems, with potential for full-time employment based on performance.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering program.
• Strong GPA and coursework in electrical systems.
• Experience with CAD tools preferred.
• Detail-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Willing to work onsite in Parsippany, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Assist in electrical design, validation, and testing of aerospace systems.
• Review and create schematics, wiring harness layouts, and test procedures.
• Support compliance with military and aerospace standards.
• Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to bring designs into production.
