Job summary

Polamer Precision, Inc. is hiring a DSR Technician for full-time shifts (1st & 2nd). The role involves deburring, assembly, and aerospace parts cleaning to meet spec sheets. You will log jobs in/out of the ERP system, handle materials, and move parts to appropriate locations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and at least 3 years of aerospace assembly experience, plus basic computer and communication skills. Safety shoes and glasses are required on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP systems.
• 3+ years aerospace assembly experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deburring, assembly, and aerospace parts cleaning per operation sheets.
• Log jobs in/out of the ERP system and manage material handling.
• Maintain 6S in the deburring/assembly/cleaning area.
