Job summary

SpaceX is seeking a DIMENSIONAL INSPECTOR - SUPPLY CHAIN (STARSHIP) to perform precision inspections of flight hardware and assemblies. The role involves programming CMMs and Romer Arm setups, verifying conformance to technical drawings and SpaceX standards.

The candidate will inspect supplier parts, support the development of inspection plans, and participate in corrective action processes to ensure quality across Starship supply chains.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency.
• 3+ years of precision mechanical inspection experience.
• 3+ years of programming and running CMM or Faro Arm experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and test mechanical parts and assemblies to ensure conformance to drawings and specs.
• Program and setup CMMs/Romer Arm to achieve required inspections.
• Review certifications, specifications, and conformance to design requirements.
