Job summary

RTX, the world’s largest aerospace and defense company, is seeking a Digital Hardware Design Engineer Winter/Spring co-op for Collins Aerospace. You will design, analyze, simulate and test circuit card assemblies for avionics computers, and operate lab equipment for integration testing of hardware designs.

You will also handle schematic capture of digital/analog mixed-signal circuits. Eligible candidates are pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 60

Qualifications

• Must be pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 60 hours of credit by the start of the internship/co-op session
• Familiarity with the development and design of electronic circuit designs, and/or multi-assembly system/unit design.

Responsibilities

• As a Digital Hardware Design Engineer Winter/Spring co-op at Collins Aerospace,
• You will design, analyze, simulate and test Circuit Card Assemblies for Avionics Computers (Processors, FPGAs, Memory, high-speed interfaces).
• You will operate lab equipment to perform integration testing on hardware designs.
• You will work on the schematic capture of digital/analog mixed signal electrical circuit designs.
