Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in a technical role in aerospace.
• Multi-physics fluency across aerospace disciplines.
• U.S. Person required.
• Strong hands-on engineering chops — Python, scripting, simulation tools, and AI/ML workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional technical teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end customer outcomes across aerospace accounts—from discovery to deployment and integration.
• Author Statements of Work (SOWs) and educate customers on the engagement plan.
• Lead a value delivery team; set direction, sequence work, and remove blockers.
• Operate as dual hat — project manager and product manager; run sprints, milestones, and risk.
• Stay hands-on—debug a model, restructure data pipelines, prototype workflows.
• Embrace co-engineering with customers on use-case development.
• Partner with GTM on new account engagement, handoffs, and account growth.
• Shape Luminary's roadmap for aerospace use cases with customer and market insights.
