Zenix Aerospace AMT/Damar is seeking a Deburr Technician to blend mismatches and edge breaks on structural parts to customer specifications. You will use deburr guns and pencil grinders to achieve precise finishes while following safety guidelines.

The role requires good manual dexterity, reliable attendance, and clear communication. Teamwork and adherence to customer standards are essential in a machine shop environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to meet customer requirements and follow work instructions.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in deburring tasks.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork.
• Safety procedures and PPE usage are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Blend mismatches and edge breaks to match BAC 5300 and BAC 5730 specifications.
• Operate deburr guns, pencil grinders and similar tools to meet specs.
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear required PPE.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
